A training program of excellence
Arnaud Fouassier has completed the « European Master Painter » training program. This alternating French and European training program is unique and ties together an extraordinary career path.
Between art history studied in Paris at IBTP. For almost two years, the student Compagnons alternate their studies between the company, the Paris training center and the European workshops. The trip takes them to Stockholm, Sweden, to perfect their knowledge of the N.C.S. color classification system and the Scandinavian mastery of ergonomics. In Arrezo near Florence, Italy, learn about the restoration of Tuscan frescoes. In Mainz, Germany (the city of Gutenberg), trainees learn about site organization and management with exceptional rigor. Then in Barcelona, Spain, these future Master Painters work on the Sagrada Familia, the Trencadis, a mosaic based on ceramic chips, typical of Gaudi’s architecture.
A training program that invites Arnaud Fouassier to delve deeper into the history of art and the excellence of the work and the Finishing Company, through the journey of the trade in Europe.
The Master and the Apprentice

This duo works together to pass on the technical and philosophical knowledge of this art form, with the utmost respect for the creators of these block-printed wallpapers. To highlight this chain of excellence in the service of our customers.
Under the auspices of the Musée du Papier Peint de Rixheim, Team Rixheim and Mr and Mrs André and Danièle ZUBER, apprentice Arnaud Fouassier had the honor of being certified Master Installer in the traditional technique of Art wallpaper installation.
